SEMI SYNTHETIC CUTTING FLUID
PROPERTIES
- Use for the machining of ferrous and steel for heavy duty operations with high degree of cleaning effect
- Contains 40% paraffinic oil and 40% EP/AW additives, lubricants, surface actives, corrosion inhibitors, fungucide&biocides
- Miscible with water and remains stable emulsions

Spreads and wet through the surfaces and removes machining chips away from the machine perfectly.
- Does not foam
- Highly stable uniform emulsions with hard waters without degradation
- Used between 5-50 DH water hardness levels
- Refractometer factor is 1,20
- Multi biocides&fungucides in its formulation prevents from stinking of the product in sump and guarantees longlife product use
APPLICATION
Ideal concentration is adjusted on site between 5-10% depending on machining requirements. Emulsions should be prepared by admixing the concentrate on water.
