PROPERTIES
- BESOL CUT 280 PLUS Universal cutting fluid used for the machining of brass, copper, aluminium all series, ferrous and steel
- Contains 55% paraffinic oil and EP/AW additives, lubricants, surface actives, corrosion inhibitors, fungucide&biocides
- Miscible with water and remains stable emulsions
- Lubricant and antiwear additives performs perfect cnc machining tool life
- Spreads thorugh the surfaces and removes machining chips away from the machine perfectly
- Powerfull biocides&fungucides in its composition gives longlife stinking free product use without formation of biological species.
- Does not cause foam buildup on high pressure machines
- Highly stable uniform emulsions with hard waters without degradation
- Used between 0-50 DH water hardness levels
- Refractometer factor is 1,50
APPLICATION
Ideal concentration is adjusted on site between 5-10% depending on machining requirements. Emulsions should be prepared by admixing the concentrate on water.
