PROPERTIES
- BESOL CUT 740 HD is used for heavy duty machining of High Alloy Steel and Aluminium all series
- CUT 740 HD contains high quantities of EP-AW additives for tough. operation
- Contains 74% paraffinic oil ve EP/AW additives, lubricants, surface actives, corrosion inhibitors, fungucide&biocides.
- Miscible with water and remains stable emulsions.
- Lubricant and antiwear additives performs perfect cnc machining tool life
- Spreads thorugh the surfaces and removes machining chips away from the machine perfectly.
- Powerfull biocides&fungucides in its composition gives longlife stinking free product use without formation of biological species
- Does not foam during machining
- Highly stable uniform emulsions with hard waters without degradation
- Used between 5-50 DH water hardness levels
- Refractometer factor is 1,3
APPLICATION
Ideal concentration is adjusted on site between 4-8% depending on machining requirements. >7% should be applied for tougher operations according to trials on site.
