Properties
- Used for textile oil preparation for spinning, synthetic and wool fiber blending, cone transferring, kamgarn and streighgarn spinning operations
- Its nonionic character does not affect from water hardness.
- 9% BESER HYE-380 NF and 91% spindle oil gives product of refractometer factor “1” performing long lasting stable emulsions
- BESER HYE-380 NF dissolves clearly in SN80, SN100 and SN150 base oils.
- Supplies high performance scouring of the fibers by thanks to its low surface tension emulsifiers within its formulation.
- Performs lubrication for fiber machines, ease of brushability and washability for fabric yarns.
- Emulsifies easily and gives high degree of lubrication and washability.
- Eliminates static electric deposition during spinning
- BESER HYE-380 NF does not contain nonyl phenol ethoxylates
- Does not affect from reactive chemicals and hardness in water.
- Does not foam
