PROPERTIES
- ANTIFOAM CF-100 is used for water based cutting fluid production.
- ANTIFOAM CF-100 can be used for low and high base oil content semisynthetic cutting fluid production
- Tolerates different formulations of cutting fluids with very good compatibility and stability in the concentrate
- It does not separate out from the concentrates as the other similar defoamers suffer
- The product is superior in terms of stability in both concentrate and emulsion
- It does not leave residues on CNC filtration system and surfaces.
- ANTIFOAM CF-100 does not separate out due to the shear force on CNC machine circulation and spraying system
- The product can be used for mineral base oil free full synthetic cutting fluid production
- It is admixed into the concentrate at the end of the production of the metalworking fluid
APPLICATION
Used 0,2% – 0,8% depending on the foaming medium requirements
Can be diluted with water before use as tank side additive
