VEGETABLE OIL BASED DEFOAMER - ANTIFOAMER
PROPERTIES
- ANTIFOAM VO-100 is composed of vegetable oil plus biodegradable fatty acid esters
- All the components of the product can be safely used for food, fermentation applications
- ANTIFOAM VO-100 is designed for MBR wastewater treatments systemsusing ULTRA and NANO filtration membranes. Does not cause membrane blockage by thanks to its completely water dispersing biodegradable chemistiry. does not contain hydrophobic particles and polymers.
- Antifoam VO-100 is used where resistant foaming is a bottleneck for the processing of textile, papermaking, waste water, food processing by supplying rapid foam knockdown
- It completely emulsifies in water without leaving residues on surfaces
- Used for industrial defoaming-antifoming in a wide range of temperature and pH
- Removes gas bubbles interacting both with oil and water phases
- Does not leave residues on surfaces
APPLICATION
Used 0,2% – 0,8% depending on the foaming medium requirements
Can be diluted with water before use.
