KNITTING OIL EMULSIFIER PACKAGE
Properties
- Composed of nonionic/anionic emulsifiers, antiwear and anticorrosion additives
- 8% of BESER OYE admixed with white oils gives clear transparent knitting oil product
- Forms complete film formation on needle surfaces and lubricates needles perfectly
- Lowers surface tension of knitting oil to have oil high degree of surface spreading on needles and removes heat formation affectively.
- BESER OYE chemistry does not detoriate its color during lifetime of the knitting oil on the machine
- BESER OYE is heat resistant / does not interact with knitted fabric surface during heat fixation step. It does not leave stain on fabric prior to dying process
- BESER OYE gives perfect scourability of knitted fibers during washing process.
- It does not contain chemically harmfull components
