WATER BASED NON GRAPHITE HOT FORGING LUBRICANT
Properties
- HFL 4220 is a water dilutable hot forging lubricant used as die casting release agent
- Used for forging, mechanic casting operations as water soluble releasing agent
- Does not leave sludge on dies. Does not stink and does not form smog during operation
- Prevents dies from wear and cracking

Water diluted BESOL HFL 4220 forms a barrier lubricant film between die and casting metal at high operation temperatures
- Does not contain graphite
Application
Optimum dilution ratio should be found by experiences on site
Dilution ratio should be as below;
1 kg water / 1 kg BESOL HFL 4220
20 kg water / 1 kg BESOL HFL 4220
